What to expect when applying to Deepika School
Deepika School welcomes applications from all families who are interested in providing their child with a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. We understand that starting the admissions process can be a daunting task, so we have created a step-by-step guide to help you understand what to expect.
Step 1: Schedule an appointment
The first step in the admissions process is to schedule an appointment with our admissions office. You can do this by calling us at 080-26619844 or 9844469497. During your appointment, you will have the opportunity to learn more about our school, our philosophy, and our programs. You will also be able to ask any questions you have about the admissions process.
Step 2: Complete the application form
Once you have scheduled an appointment, you will be given an application form to complete. The application form asks for basic information about your child, such as their name, date of birth, and current school. You will also be asked to provide a brief personal statement about why you are interested in Deepika School.
Step 3: Submit required documents
In addition to the application form, you will also need to submit the following documents:
- A copy of your child’s UDID card
- An assessment report from a registered clinical psychologist
- Medical reports (if your child has any medical conditions that the school should be aware of)
Step 4: Attend an evaluation
After you have submitted your application and required documents, your child will be invited to attend an evaluation. The evaluation will be conducted by a team of our experienced professionals, and it will help us to determine if Deepika School is the right fit for your child’s individual needs.
Step 5: Admissions decision
Once the evaluation is complete, our admissions committee will review your child’s application and make a decision. You will be notified of the decision in writing.
What happens after your child is admitted?
If your child is admitted to Deepika School, you will be invited to attend a welcome meeting. At this meeting, you will have the opportunity to meet with your child’s teacher and other members of our staff. You will also learn more about our school policies and procedures.
